All Precision Genetics Terms & Conditions of bespoke document remains valid. Additionally following terms & conditions are added:

General: A Precision Genetic Consultation is performed by a trained Healthcare Professional. Precision Genetic Consultations are online/video consultations. These are not face to face consultations, unless specifically agreed otherwise.

Booking and Confirmation: All consultations must be booked through our online booking system. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful booking. This email will include the date, time, and details of the consultation.

Consultation Fees: The fee for the consultation will be specified at the time of ordering. Payment is made in full prior to the consultation. Fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place, regardless of whether further services are engaged.

Cancellation: Cancellation of a scheduled consultation will not result in a refund. Once a genetic consultation order is made, you cannot cancel or withdraw this service.

Rescheduling: You are allowed to reschedule the consultation once, giving at least 24 hours notice before the your existing scheduled consultation. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the consultation will incur an additional fee or may result in the forfeiture of the consultation fee.

No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for the appointment without prior notice, you forfeit your payment.

Late Arrivals: Arriving late for their appointment may have their consultation time reduced accordingly, but will still be charged for the full session.

No Guarantee of Results: The consultation is intended to provide general advice and guidance. It does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. The Service Provider is not liable for any actions taken by you following the consultation.

Confidentiality: All information shared during the consultation will be treated as confidential. The Service Provider will not disclose any information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Limitation of Liability: The Service Provider is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the consultation.

Acceptance of Terms: By ordering and booking a consultation, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Changes to these specific Terms: The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
